On Friday 9 July 2010, Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the PNC Pavilion in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was the 12th show of the 11th All-Starr Band's 31-date North American tour, which ran from June to August 2010. Starr returned to the PNC Pavilion on 22 June 2016.
The 11th All-Starr Band
- Ringo Starr – vocals, drums, percussion
- Wally Palmar – vocals, guitar, harmonica (The Romantics)
- Rick Derringer – vocals, guitar
- Edgar Winter – vocals, keyboards, saxophone
- Gary Wright – vocals, keyboards
- Richard Page – vocals, bass guitar (Mr. Mister)
- Gregg Bissonette – vocals, drums
Wally Palmar was the guitarist and vocalist of The Romantics, the Detroit new wave band whose 'Talking In Your Sleep' (1983) and 'What I Like About You' (1980) had been major hits. Rick Derringer had been a rock guitar fixture since the late 1960s – his 'Rock And Roll, Hoochie Koo' was one of the defining hard rock riffs of the era, and he had produced and played on albums by Johnny Winter and Steely Dan. Richard Page was the bassist and co-founder of Mr. Mister, whose 'Broken Wings' (1985) and 'Kyrie' (1985) had both reached number one in the US. Edgar Winter and Gary Wright returned from the 2008 lineup, as did Gregg Bissonette on second drums.

'The Other Side Of Liverpool' and 'Peace Dream' were from Ringo's 2010 album Y Not, released earlier that year. 'Back Off Boogaloo' – one of Ringo's most enduring solo singles, released in 1972 – was a welcome addition to the set. Richard Page's two Mr. Mister showcases – 'Kyrie' and 'Broken Wings' – were both US number ones from 1985, giving the Cincinnati audience two of the decade's most recognisable ballads back to back. Rick Derringer's 'My Girl Sloopy' – a nod to his early career with The McCoys, who had taken 'Hang On Sloopy' to number one in 1965 – and 'Rock And Roll, Hoochie Koo' bookended his showcase moments with contrasting energy.
