Two nights at State Farm Arena
The Atlanta engagement followed the New Orleans concert and the earlier San Antonio performance on 25 October. After two nights in Atlanta, the band continued to Nashville.
State Farm Arena is the building previously known as Philips Arena, where McCartney had performed in 2002, 2005 and 2014. The venue opened in 1999 and was renamed in 2018. It should not be confused with the former Omni, which hosted Wings and earlier McCartney solo concerts.
Paul’s Atlanta history also includes the Beatles’ 1965 appearance at Atlanta Stadium, the 1993 Georgia Dome concert and the 2009 Piedmont Park show. His official 2025 tour diary placed the State Farm Arena engagement within that longer history, including the 2017 appearance in nearby Duluth.

The band and Hot City Horns
McCartney’s core touring band comprised Paul “Wix” Wickens, Brian Ray, Rusty Anderson and Abe Laboriel Jr. The Hot City Horns added saxophone, trumpet and trombone.

Help! opens the show
“Help!” led into “Coming Up”, “Got To Get You Into My Life” and “Drive My Car”. The early programme then moved through Wings’ “Letting Go”, the Egypt Station song “Come On To Me”, and “Let Me Roll It”. Paul’s official tour diary noted the “Foxey Lady” instrumental coda following the latter.
The programme covered more than the best-known Beatles singles. “In Spite Of All The Danger” returned to the Quarry Men recording, “Dance Tonight” brought in material from Memory Almost Full, and “My Valentine” represented a later part of McCartney’s solo catalogue.
“Nineteen Hundred And Eighty-Five”, “Jet”, “Band On The Run”, “Let ’Em In” and “Live And Let Die” supplied further Wings selections. The main set ended with “Hey Jude”; the encore began with “I’ve Got A Feeling” and finished with the closing sequence from Abbey Road.
Now And Then, Lennon and Harrison
“Now And Then” appeared between “Here Today” and “Lady Madonna”. The Atlanta performance took place on the second anniversary of the Beatles’ digital release of Now And Then on 2 November 2023.
“Here Today” was Paul’s tribute to John Lennon. In the encore, “I’ve Got A Feeling” incorporated Lennon’s recorded performance in a virtual duet. These were different uses of the Beatles’ history: one a song Paul had written after John’s death, the other a live performance alongside John’s recorded voice and image.
“Something” honoured George Harrison, with the ukulele forming part of Paul’s tribute. The official tour diary also described Paul remembering George Martin while introducing “Love Me Do”.
Georgia Public Broadcasting reported that “Blackbird” and “Here Today” were performed on an elevated platform with screen imagery of the Earth. Paul’s explanation of “Blackbird” connected the song with the civil-rights era.
