Truist Field, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA

Paul McCartney performed at Truist Field in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on 21 May 2022 — the eighth show of the Got Back Tour, which ran for 80 dates between April 2022 and November 2025. The 36-song set drew on six decades of McCartney's catalogue, from The Beatles through Wings to his solo work.

The Got Back Tour

The Got Back Tour was McCartney's first major tour since the Freshen Up Tour of 2018–19, delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. It opened in Spokane, Washington on 28 April 2022 and — after multiple legs across North America, Australia, Latin America, and Europe — closed in Chicago on 25 November 2025, making it one of the longest-running tours of McCartney's career. The tour included a headline appearance at Glastonbury Festival on 25 June 2022, where McCartney — aged 80 — became the oldest solo headliner in the festival's history. The set included a duet with John Lennon (via archive footage) on 'I've Got A Feeling' and a duet with Dave Grohl on 'I Saw Her Standing There'.
