On 21 March 1977, Paul McCartney and Wings returned to Studio Three at Abbey Road Studios in London to continue work on the song 'London Town', the title track of their forthcoming album.

Revisiting 'London Town'

Despite these efforts, Wings ultimately concluded that the earlier recording from 14 February 1977 remained superior.
