Wednesday 18 June 2014 | Live | Beacon Theatre, New York City, USA

Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Beacon Theatre in New York City on 18 June 2014. It was the tenth show of the 12th All-Starr Band's 46-date North American tour (June–October 2014), and the second of two consecutive nights at the Beacon.

Starr had previously performed at the Beacon Theatre on 16 and 17 February 1999 and 23 May 2000. He returned there on 15 November 2017, and on 6, 7, and 8 June 2022.

The 12th All-Starr Band

Todd Rundgren was the singer-songwriter and producer behind I Saw The Light, Bang The Drum All Day, and Love Is The Answer, and one of the most influential figures in American rock. Richard Page returned from the 2011 band (Mr. Mister: Broken Wings, Kyrie). Mark Rivera was a veteran of multiple All-Starr tours. Warren Ham was a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. Gregg Bissonette was again on second drums.

The Beacon Theatre

The Beacon Theatre on Broadway at 74th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is one of New York City's most celebrated mid-size concert venues. Built in 1929 as a movie palace, it was designated a New York City landmark in 1979 and has been a premier rock and pop venue since the 1970s. Its capacity of around 2,800 makes it an intimate setting by arena standards — the kind of room where the relationship between performer and audience is close and direct. For Ringo Starr, who had performed there multiple times across the All-Starr Band years, it was familiar and comfortable territory.
