Todd Rundgren is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and record producer of extraordinary range and influence. Best known as a solo artist for 'Hello It's Me' (1973), 'I Saw the Light' (1972), and 'Bang the Drum All Day' (1983), he is also celebrated as the founder of Utopia and as a producer of landmark albums including the New York Dolls' debut, Meat Loaf's Bat Out of Hell, and XTC's Skylarking. His three showcase songs on the 2012 All-Starr Band tour represented three distinct phases of his career.
Gregg Rolie is the keyboardist, organist, and vocalist who co-founded both Santana and Journey. He played organ on Santana's debut album (1969) and on 'Evil Ways', 'Black Magic Woman', and 'Gypsy Queen' — all of which featured in his 2012 All-Starr Band showcase. He was also a founding member of Journey, singing lead vocals on their early recordings before Steve Perry joined the band.
Steve Lukather is the guitarist and vocalist of Toto, best known for 'Rosanna' (1982), 'Africa' (1982), and 'Hold the Line' (1978) — all three of which featured in his 2012 All-Starr Band showcase.
