Paul McCartney performed at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre in London, England, on 21 April 2003. It was the 13th date of the Back In The World Tour, which ran for 33 dates between March and June 2003, and marked the third of four non-consecutive shows at the venue during the run.

McCartney was accompanied by his touring band consisting of Paul 'Wix' Wickens (keyboards, vocals, guitar, percussion, harmonica), Brian Ray (vocals, guitar, bass), Rusty Anderson (vocals, guitar), and Abe Laboriel Jr (vocals, drums).

Earls Court had become a significant London venue in McCartney's solo touring history, with previous performances there on 11, 14, and 15 September 1993 during the New World Tour. He would later return again in 2008 for a performance at the Brit Awards.
