Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on 12 August 1992 — the 46th show of the second All-Starr Band tour and the second of two consecutive nights at the venue. During the closing ‘With A Little Help From My Friends’, the band were joined by Stevie Nicks (Fleetwood Mac), Doug Fieger (The Knack), and actors Roseanne Barr and Tom Arnold.

Starr had previously performed at the Greek Theatre on 3 and 4 September 1989. He returned there on 18 and 19 August 1995, 2 August 2008, 7 August 2010, 21 July 2012, 19 July 2014, 2 July 2016, 29 September 2018, 1 September 2019, 15 June 2023, 8 September 2024, and 14 June 2026.

Todd Rundgren was the American singer-songwriter and producer behind Utopia and a string of acclaimed solo albums including Something/Anything? (1972). Dave Edmunds was the Welsh rock and roll guitarist and producer, known for his work with Rockpile and his solo hits including ‘Girls Talk’ and ‘I Hear You Knocking’. Timothy B Schmit was the bassist of the Eagles. Burton Cummings was the vocalist and keyboardist of The Guess Who, known for ‘American Woman’ and ‘No Time’. Zak Starkey was Ringo’s son, who would later become the drummer of The Who.
