Tour Context – 2013

The 2013 tour featured the twelfth iteration of the All-Starr Band format — a rotating line-up concept first launched in 1989, bringing together established rock musicians who each perform their own hits alongside Ringo’s catalogue.

The 2013 line-up included:

  • Steve Lukather (Toto)
  • Todd Rundgren
  • Richard Page
  • Gregg Rolie
  • Mark Rivera

The Japan dates formed part of the early leg of the tour before it continued across other territories later in the year.
