On 27th February 2015, Ringo Starr and the Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band performed at Vivo Rio in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, marking the tenth show of the 12th All-Starr Band’s 2015 tour of North and South America.
The 2015 tour ultimately comprised 39 dates between February and October, spanning the United States, the Caribbean, South America, Mexico, and Canada.
Tour Context: The 12th All-Starr Band Era (2012–2017 Line-Up)
The 2015 tour featured the twelfth iteration of Ringo’s rotating supergroup concept, first launched in 1989. The line-up combined Beatles classics with major rock radio staples from each member’s career.
