On 8 March 2015, Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Coliseo Yucatán in Mérida, Mexico. The concert formed part of the band's extensive 2015 North and South American tour.
The show was the 14th performance of the tour by the 12th edition of the All-Starr Band, whose itinerary included 39 concerts
The 12th All-Starr Band
The lineup for the 2015 tour brought together an experienced group of musicians from several well-known rock bands:
- Ringo Starr – vocals, drums, percussion, keyboards
- Steve Lukather – vocals, guitar
- Gregg Rolie – vocals, organ, keyboards
- Todd Rundgren – vocals, guitar, harmonica, bass, percussion, keyboards
- Richard Page – vocals, bass guitar, acoustic guitar
- Warren Ham – vocals, saxophone, keyboards
- Gregg Bissonette – vocals, drums, percussion
This version of the All-Starr Band toured together between 2012 and 2017, performing a set that combined Beatles classics, Ringo Starr solo hits, and songs from the members' own bands.

The 2015 All-Starr Tour
The 2015 tour began in Bossier City, Louisiana on 13 February 2015 and travelled across North America, the Caribbean and South America before returning to the United States and Canada later in the year.
Major cities on the itinerary included San Juan, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Bogotá, Mexico City, Toronto, Boston and New York.
The Mérida concert represented one of the tour's stops in Mexico before the band moved on to perform at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City two days later.
Ringo Starr's Continuing Touring Career
Since forming the first All-Starr Band in 1989, Ringo Starr has toured the world with a rotating lineup of musicians drawn from major rock bands. The concept allows each performer to sing their own hits while also backing Ringo on Beatles classics and his solo material.
Even decades after The Beatles, Ringo continued to delight fans with his energetic performances and celebration of rock and roll history.
