The sixth edition of the All-Starr Band brought together another exceptional cast of rock veterans, with Jack Bruce returning from the 1997 lineup alongside new additions Dave Edmunds and Eric Carmen.

Eric Carmen had fronted the Raspberries before achieving solo success with All By Myself and Hungry Eyes. Jack Bruce and Simon Kirke were returning All-Starr veterans, and Mark Rivera continued his role as the bandβs indispensable multi-instrumentalist.
