Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland, USA, on 17 June 1992. It was the 12th show of the second All-Starr Band's tour of North America and Europe, which ran for 62 dates between June and September 1992.

Starr had previously performed at the Merriweather Post Pavilion on 8 August 1989, during the first All-Starr Band tour.

During this show's performance of 'Shine Silently', the All-Starr Band were joined by Nils Lofgren's brothers Tom and Mike Lofgren, both of whom performed rhythm guitar.
