On 9 August 2013, Paul McCartney headlined the Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. It was the 24th show of the Out There Tour, which ran for 91 dates between May 2013 and October 2015.
The band performed ‘Magical Mystery Tour’ for the first time on the tour, replacing ‘All My Loving’ in the set. They also played a version of the folk song ‘San Francisco Bay Blues’ — a nod to the city and the festival.
