On 9 August 2010, Paul McCartney performed at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Canada. It was the 20th concert of the Up And Coming Tour, which ran for 38 dates between March 2010 and June 2011, and the second of two consecutive nights in Toronto. The show was seen by 16,000 people and was McCartney’s 11th solo concert in Canada.
As on the previous night, McCartney performed the 1977 Wings hit ‘Mull Of Kintyre’ during the second encore, with his band joined onstage by the Paris Port Dover Pipe Band.
McCartney had previously performed at the Air Canada Centre on 13 April 2002 (Driving World Tour) and 10 October 2005 (US Tour). He returned on 17 October 2015 for the Out There Tour.
