On Friday 28 May 2010, Paul McCartney performed at the Foro Sol in Mexico City — the seventh show of the Up And Coming Tour and the second of two consecutive nights at the venue. The show was broadcast live on giant screens in a Chapultepec Park plaza for residents unable to attend, and also streamed via live webcast. The second date had been added after the first show broke the world record for the fastest-selling stadium show in Mexico, smashing a previous record held by Radiohead.

The Show
The setlist was largely the same as the previous night’s, including the crowd singalong Shine A Light In Mexico. Three songs differed from the night before: Drive My Car replaced Got To Get You Into My Life, I’ve Just Seen A Face replaced I’m Looking Through You, and And I Love Her replaced Two Of Us.
McCartney had previously performed at Foro Sol on 25 and 27 November 1993 during the New World Tour. He would return on 14 and 16 November 2023 and 12 and 14 November 2024 during the Got Back Tour — making Mexico City one of the most frequently visited stops of his solo touring career.
